Refinancing Loan
- Loan limit of Ksh.5,000,000
- Multiplier of X3 member deposits
- Interest rate is 1% per month on reducing balance
- Maximum repayment period of up to 24 months
- Secured by either guarantors, Money market funds, NSE Listed shares, logbook or Title deed.
- Shareboosting of up to 40 % of member deposits for members wanting a higher loan amount but have less deposits
School Fees Loan
- Loan limit of Ksh.1,000,000
- Multiplier of X3 member deposits
- Interest rate is 1% per month on reducing balance
- Maximum repayment period of up to 18 months
- Secured by either guarantors, Money market funds, NSE Listed shares, logbook or Title deed.
- Shareboosting of up to 40 % of member deposits for members wanting a higher loan amount but have less deposits
- Processed within 24 hours of application
